Indeed, your payment is processed immediately. Initially, it may appear as an authorization on your account, and subsequently, upon acceptance, it will be reflected as a charge on your statement.

Yes, we do. You can request a completely new design from us, or modify the available designs on the shop that you like. Also, you can request to change the font, the quote, the image—anything you want—or you can send the available design you have to us. We will print and ship according to your request.

If you provide us with an incorrect address and the shipment has not yet been dispatched, please email us, and we will update it to the correct address. However, if the item has already been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for resending it to your new address. Therefore, please ensure to input your correct address when placing orders

If you receive a faulty item, simply send us a picture of it along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you are found to be faulty or if they deteriorate after the first wash, we will send you a free replacement without requiring you to return the item to us. All we need is a picture of the faulty item.
